Tina came to the Feldenkrais Method through a whiplash injury sustained at the age of 13, doing a headstand in a school PE class. She received her first one-to-one session at the age of 15, after which she embarked on the first Lewes Feldenkrais Training, graduating in 1994. In 2001 Tina and Katharina Tribe founded The Cambridge Centre for Lymphology and Feldenkrais. Since Katharina’s retirement, Tina has continued with Feldenkrais education under her own name.
Tina has taught weekly classes, run workshops, given one-to-one sessions and organised advanced trainings on and off for the past 25 years. She has attended advanced trainings in Europe and the UK.
Tina took time out of working to be a stay-at-home mum. In her spare time she enjoys weaving and other craft activities, walking and spending time with her family.
Tina is a member of the Feldenkrais Guild UK.
